A A liquid growth curve was carried out from the overnight grown cultures of WT (Pink), rad30 ΔΔ (purple), pol32 ΔΔ (green), rad30 ΔΔ pol32 ΔΔ (blue), and pol32 ΔΔ rad30 ΔΔ (orange) in 10 mL <t>YPD</t> broth.
